The American Citizens Services (ACS) unit of the U.S. Embassy’s Consular Section has appointment hours Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m., except Thai and American holidays. We are also closed to the public on the last Wednesday of every month. You must have an appointment for non-emergency services. Appointments must be made on-line by clicking here.
Passport pick-up in person is only available for customers traveling within the two weeks following application. Please show proof of imminent travel at the time of application. Passport pick-up in person will be approved by email, you may come to the Embassy with an appointment on approved date and time EXCEPT Thai/ U.S. holidays. Passport pick-up without appointment is not permitted.
