The American Consulate General has a requirement for a firm to provide digital cameras per below requirements:-
Digital Camera: Nikon Coolpix P1000 or equivalent
- Quantity: 19 each
- Lens: Nikkor
- Zoom: 125x optional zoom
Delivery Location: U.S. Consulate General, Chiang Mai, Thailand
Delivery Time: 15 days after award
Please be advised that all interested parties are required to be registered in Dun and Bradstreet and are subject to SAM registration before an award can be made. Information on obtaining the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS), can be found at this website: http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform. The offerors are also required to register their business on the U.S. Government’s System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov Information on this process for foreign vendors is available here. This link (PDF 3MB) is an overview of how foreign vendors and grantees can register in SAM. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register in SAM prior to the submittal of quotations. All responsible sources may submit a quotation that, if timely received, will be considered by the Contracting Officer.
Vendors must submit a NDAA Vendor Certification from regarding Telecommunication Equipment and Service prohibitions together with their quotation.
