The U.S. Consulate General has a requirement for a firm to perform Warehouse Services, now changed to read “Moving Services”.

The pre-solicitation/site visit is scheduled on March 31, 2021 at 0900 hrs., at the U.S. Consulate General, Chiang Mai.

Please be advised that all interested parties are required to include a completed NDAA Vendor Certifications Form regarding Telecommunication Equipment and Service prohibitions (reference Section 5 of solicitation document).

In addition, all interested parties are required to be registered in Dun and Bradstreet and are subject to SAM registration before an award can be made.  Information on obtaining the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS), can be found at this website:  http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform.

The offerors are also required to register their business on the U.S. Government’s System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov Information on this process for foreign vendors is available here.  This link (PDF 3MB) is an overview of how foreign vendors and grantees can register in SAM.  Prospective offerors are encouraged to register in SAM prior to the submittal of quotations.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation that, if timely received, will be considered by the Contracting Officer.

The U.S. Consulate General has a requirement for a vendor to provide organizing, planning and set up services for a “U.S. Independence Day 2021” reception in Chiang Mai on Thursday, June 24, 2021 as per attached RFQ.

All firms who respond to any request for quotation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work. At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements when submitting their quotation:

  1. Be able to understand written and spoken English.
  2. Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing.
  3. Have the necessary personnel, equipment and financial resources available to perform the work.
  4. Have all licenses and permits required by local law.
  5. Meet all insurance requirements.
  6. Have the ability to obtain a performance and guarantee bond and a payment bond, or to post adequate performance security, such as irrevocable letters of credit or guarantees issued by a reputable financial institution.
  7. Have no adverse criminal record.
  8. Have no political or business affiliation which could be considered contrary to the interests of the United States.
  9. Have demonstrated experience and past performance records for projects of this nature.
