All firms who respond to any request for quotation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work. At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements when submitting their quotation:

  1. Be able to understand written and spoken English.
  2. Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing.
  3. Have the necessary personnel, equipment and financial resources available to perform the work.
  4. Have all licenses and permits required by local law.
  5. Meet all local insurance requirements.
  6. Have the ability to obtain a performance and guarantee bond and a payment bond, or to post adequate performance security, such as irrevocable letters of credit or guarantees issued by a reputable financial institution.
  7. Have no adverse criminal record.
  8. Have no political or business affiliation which could be considered contrary to the interests of the United States.
  9. Have demonstrated experience and past performance records for projects of this nature.

Maintenance Service for FDM 3D Printer, Partner Emerald Care 400mc w/large envelope

Service includes:

  • 1 Year Periodic of Service
  • Preventive Maintenance every 4 months or 3 times per year and 1 full preventive maintenance (system calibration and check up) with PM Kit.
  • Two Proactive Maintenance Service check up visit
  • Free exchange all defective spare parts except consumable part
  • Emergency response service.
  • Unlimited reactive phone/on-site supports within next business days after customer call.
  • Office Machine Standby for print in case of machine breakdown
  • Free special Training Course or Re-training for new incoming customers.

The contractor shall be required to furnish all necessary services, qualified technical personnel, tools and test equipment necessary to maintain the equipment in a fully functional in accordance with manufacturer’s specification.
