There are 3 “EducationUSA” centers in Thailand located in Bangkok.
Bangkok
- Public Affairs, US Embassy
- The Office of Civil Service Commission (OCSC)
- American University Alumni Language Center (AUA)
EducationUSA Thailand is located at 93/1 Wireless Road, 9th floor of the GPF Building, Tower A (closest BTS stop: Ploenchit). For more information, please visit www.facebook.com/EducationUSAThailand or email educationusathailand@state.gov
The Embassy also engages in public outreach activities to inform students interested in studying in the U.S. The Embassy helps disseminate educational advising resources–including U.S. university catalogs, educational guides, and reference materials. These resources are accessible to the general public in Thailand at the Office of Civil Service Commission (OCSC), and American University Alumni Language Center (AUA).
The Media and Cultural Section of the Embassy is an active member of the Coalition of Non-Profit Educational Advisory Services which was established in 1984. The other members of the Coalition are the OCSC and AUA. The Coalition’s activities include organizing an annual general orientation and a pre-departure orientation, developing materials in the Thai language, and holding workshops to enhance the professional development of student advisers.
