Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) Thailand

The AWE program was established by the Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) in 2018 to focus on women and economic empowerment. The program provides women entrepreneurs around the world with tools, resources, and networks to fulfill their economic potential, creating conditions for increased stability, security, and prosperity. The Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) has an online learning program for women entrepreneurs called “DreamBuilder.” It was invented by the collaborative partnership between the U.S. Department of State, Arizona State University’s Thunderbird School of Global Management, and the Freeport-McMoRan Foundation.  Find more information about the DreamBuilder at https://dreambuilder.org/

Thailand will be joining 50 other countries to launch this program for the first time in 2021. The AWE Thailand adaptive online courses will be facilitated by local partners and successful women-owned businesses from various fields in Thailand.
