Ambassador Davies joined food and beverage professionals across Bangkok April 7 to hear from Chef Chom, Executive Chef of the Pomodoro Group and Culinary Institute of America graduate, describe the best methods for pairing American foods and beverages based on his extensive experience at several Michelin Star restaurants. He was joined by Steve Bashore, a Master Distiller from Mount Vernon, who explained the cultural heritage displayed by historic sites along the American Whiskey Trail.
